Job Description
PURPOSE:
The Line Cook is responsible for executing food preparation and service standards while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workstation. This position plays a critical role in delivering exceptional guest experiences through consistent food quality, teamwork, urgency, and attention to detail. At Fat Heads, a Line Cook is more than someone who cooks food—they are a professional responsible for protecting our standards, supporting teammates, and contributing to a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is cooked safely, maintaining proper food handling procedures at all times Assist with menu planning by suggesting creative ideas and ensuring ingredient availability Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including prep stations and cooking equipment Support food presentation to ensure visually appealing dishes that meet quality standards Collaborate with team members to deliver efficient service during busy hours Follow all health and safety regulations related to food safety, sanitation, and kitchen operations Keep work area neat and clean at all times; cleans, sanitizes and maintains equipment used in food preparation Other duties as assignedREQUIREMENTS
- Prior kitchen experience preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment and independently
- Attention to detail and record keeping

- Work is primarily performed in the kitchen of Beer Hall within a Brewery Production facility.
