Full Job Description Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. Must have experience cooking on a charbrolier, fryer and flat top.Responsibilities:
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals according to recipes and portion sizes
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and hygienic work area
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient workflow and timely meal preparation
- Monitor food inventory and communicate any shortages or needs to the appropriate personnel
- Adhere to dietary restrictions and special requests from customers
- Maintain knowledge of current menu offerings, including seasonal specials
Skills:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry
- Strong knowledge of food handling and safety procedures
- Proficient in food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
