Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and energetic AM Prep and Line Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist in the assembly of menu items according to established recipes and standards Operate kitchen equipment such as grill and fryers, and food production appliances safely and efficiently Follow food safety sanitizing procedures to maintain a clean and hygienic work environment Ensure adherence to recipe specifications, portion control, and presentation standards Assist with high-volume food production for catering events or large service periods Maintain proper food handling techniques and ensure compliance with all food safety regulations Qualifications Able to work independently. Prior experience as in a similar food service role preferred Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques including grilling, frying, and meal assembly Demonstrated knife skills and proficiency operating various kitchen equipment Experience with food safety management and sanitizing procedures required Background in restaurant environments is highly desirable Ability to follow recipes precisely while maintaining efficiency during busy periods Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in food handling and presentation Join our team to bring your culinary skills to life!
