Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic culinary team as a Line Cook/Prep Cook, where your passion for food and dedication to excellence will shine! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients, assisting in meal assembly, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. Your culinary skills and attention to safety standards will help deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow your food industry expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting. Duties Prepare ingredients and assist with meal assembly according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, slicers, ovens, and mixers Follow food safety protocols and handle food products with care to ensure hygiene and quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools through regular cleaning and sanitizing Support the culinary team with food prep tasks such as slicing, dicing, portioning, and plating Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate workflow and ensure timely service Assist with inventory management by rotating stock and notifying supervisors of supply needs Experience Previous experience in a food service environment, such as restaurant or catering experience, is highly desirable Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus Knowledge of menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation techniques is preferred Demonstrated ability to handle food safely and maintain high safety standards in production Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and food handling practices Experience operating commercial kitchen equipment in a fast-paced setting Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and team members Join us in creating memorable dining experiences by bringing energy, precision, and passion to every plate! Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 - 30.0 per week
