PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN LONG TERM CARE SETTING REQUIRED MINIMUM 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED MUST BE AVAILABLE EVERY OTHER WEEKEND

Serve Meals that are palatable and appetizing in appearance Assist in serving meals as necessary, observing sanitation/safety requirements. Serve food in accordance with established portion control procedures. Assist in daily cleaning duties. Clean work tables, meat blocks, refrigerators/freezers, etc. Sweep and mop floors as directed. Clean dirty dishes, utensils, pot, pans etc. Return clean items back to proper storage areas. Follow established cooking guidelines. Obtain food supplies for next meal.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Works in well light areas. Subject to frequent interruptions. Subject to upset residents. Works beyond normal duty hours as needed. Subject to call-back during emergency conditions. Attends and participates in continuing education programs. Subject to sudden temperature changes.
