What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to Swensons recipes and quality standards Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards Provide quick, friendly service to guests and team members Operate kitchen equipment including grills, fryers, freezers and more Work as part of a team and cross-train in all areas of the kitchen Complete cleaning and other duties as needed What We're Looking For Positive, energetic "can-do" attitude Friendly and welcoming personality Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 35 lbs.
