Cooks Qualifications:

• Ability to follow written and oral instructions
• Prefer 1 year of restaurant/service industry experience
• Knowledge of service standards and systems
• Ability to perform duties in a team environment
• Solid references

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and assist in serving meals in accordance with the menu and recipes
• Provide proper plate-up and portion control
• Maintain and record proper temperature controls, food storage and food rotation
• Perform all side work and setup/breakdown duties as assigned
• Adhere to safety and sanitary practices
• Stock supplies
• Assist bartender with stocking ice, beer, and supplies; washing and sanitizing glassware, serving food to guests, cleaning and prepping food and fruits, etc.
