The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment, adhering to established recipes and safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to showcase culinary skills, work collaboratively with kitchen staff, and contribute to delivering exceptional food service experiences. Duties Operate various kitchen equipment efficiently and safely to prepare ingredients and cook dishes. Follow standardized recipes accurately to ensure consistency and quality in all menu items. Engage in line cooking, managing multiple stations during service hours to ensure timely food preparation. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and maintain smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning routines. Uphold safety standards in food production, including proper handling of equipment and ingredients. Assist with food service responsibilities as needed, ensuring prompt and courteous service to guests. Skills Proven experience in food preparation and cooking, particularly in a line cook role.
