Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and presentation excellence Handle food with care, following strict food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment Support food preparation activities, including chopping, and assembling ingredients for service Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, grills, and other culinary tools Maintain an organized workstation, ensuring all ingredients and supplies are stocked and properly stored for smooth kitchen operations Collaborate with team members during catering events or special functions to deliver high-quality meals promptly Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is highly preferred, demonstrating familiarity with kitchen operations and food handling procedures Culinary experience that includes cooking techniques, and knife skills.
