What You'll Do:

Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards Work stations including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and prep Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen Ensure consistency, presentation, and food quality on every plate Assist with food prep, stocking, and inventory rotation Work efficiently during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend services Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture

What We're Looking For:

Previous line cook, prep cook, or kitchen experience preferred Passion for food and attention to detail Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Dependable, hardworking, and team-oriented attitude Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Desire to learn and grow within a professional restaurant group Why Join Rogue Restaurant Group?
