$13.44-$19.82 per hour, based on position and experience

Full-Time and Part-Time Opportunities | Morning & Afternoon Shifts | Rotating Weekends Join Our Culinary Services Team Are you dependable, enjoy working with others, and take pride in doing a job that makes a difference? Walnut Hills, part of Greencroft Communities, is looking for Culinary Services Aides and Cooks to join our Culinary Services team. Our culinary team helps provide nutritious meals, clean and welcoming dining spaces, and positive dining experiences for the older adults who call our community home. Whether you have professional kitchen experience or are looking for an opportunity to learn new skills, we provide training and support to help you succeed. What You'll Do Depending on your role and experience, your responsibilities may include: Prepare and cook meals according to menus, recipes, and established quality standards. Assist with basic food preparation, including washing and cutting produce, preparing salads, desserts, and other food items. Help accommodate special and therapeutic dietary needs according to established instructions. Assist with meal setup, service, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. Wash, clean, and sanitize dishes, utensils, cookware, equipment, and work areas. Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked kitchen and dining areas. Receive, organize, stock, and properly store food and kitchen supplies. Transport food, dishes, carts, and supplies throughout the community as needed. Follow food safety, sanitation, infection-prevention, and workplace safety procedures. Work cooperatively with culinary and dining team members to ensure timely and efficient meal service. Provide friendly, respectful service to residents and guests. Perform other duties as assigned to support the Culinary Services team. What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are: Comfortable working in an active, fast-paced kitchen environment. Able to follow recipes, instructions, and established procedures. Team-oriented with good communication skills. Detail-oriented and committed to cleanliness and safety. Positive, helpful, and service-minded.
