Duties Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, ensuring consistency and quality in every meal. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety protocols. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed. Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food while maintaining presentation standards. Assist with training new kitchen staff on food preparation techniques and safety practices. Qualifications Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
