Job Description
Prep Cook Mario's Italian Kitchen is looking for a dependable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our kitchen team! Experience is preferred but NOT required — we are willing to train the right person.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes
- Assist with food preparation and cooking
- Keep workstations, equipment, and kitchen areas clean
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Work with the kitchen team to keep service running smoothly
- Safely use kitchen equipment and knives
Qualifications:
- Reliable and hardworking
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to learn and follow instructions
