Job Description
Line Cook — The Crab & Catfish Co. (Broken Arrow) 2538 E Kenosha St, Broken Arrow, OK 74014 Most of our menu is cooked to order — seafood boils, fried plates, and other made-to-order items. This is not a one-station kitchen. A single ticket may have you working across the seafood boil pots, fryers, and other areas of the line. You'll need to read tickets, manage multiple cook times, follow each item's build, and coordinate everything so the full order comes out accurate and together. Broken Arrow is a busy dining corridor — guests have plenty of other options nearby, so consistency and quality on every plate are what bring them back. We're looking for cooks who take pride in getting it right the same way, every time, not just when it's convenient. What You'll Do Work across the boil pots, fryers, and other areas of the line Read tickets and manage multiple cook times at once Follow recipes, portions, cook times, and plate-building steps exactly Keep the line stocked and ready Complete daily prep, cleaning, and operational tasks Follow kitchen checklists and procedures consistently Complete closing responsibilities fully and correctly You'll Do Well Here If You Have previous kitchen or line cook experience Can multitask without losing accuracy Take pride in consistency and food quality, not just speed Can follow recipes, systems, and checklists without cutting corners Stay on task without constant supervision Work well as part of a structured team Take ownership of the entire order, not just one part of it Understand that cooking, prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing are all part of the job Schedule Weekend availability required Holiday availability may be required

If you can work the full line, take pride in consistency, and help turn first-time guests into regulars, we'd like to hear from you.Pay:
