Dietary Cook Join the Chandler Healthcare Center Family! About the
Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Dietary Cook to join our team at Chandler Care Center in Chandler, OK. As a Dietary Cook, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional food services to our residents, while also upholding the highest standards of quality, safety, and sanitation. If you are passionate about cooking and making a difference in the lives of others, we would love to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook meals for residents, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict sanitation standards Assist with menu planning and special dietary needs accommodations Collaborate with the dietary team to ensure seamless food service operations Monitor inventory and ordering of food, supplies, and equipment Participate in quality control measures to ensure food safety and quality Assist with laundry and housekeeping duties as needed
Requirements:
0 years of experience in food service or a related field (entry-level welcome!) Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and excellent communication skills Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods Valid Food Handler's Certification (or willingness to obtain)
