Job Description
Bento Express OKC is a food truck specializing in bento boxes..We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and passionate Cook to join our founding team.
Key Responsibilities Bento Production:
Execute high-volume food preparation and cooking following strict SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) to ensure consistent taste and quality.Packaging & Presentation:
Assemble and pack bento boxes into containers, ensuring aesthetic presentation.Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels of ingredients and packaging materials; notify the owner/manager for reordering.Requirements & Qualifications Food Safety:
Must possess an Oklahoma Food Manager's Permit.Attributes:
Punctual, organized, and able to work independently. Since the owner manages international logistics, we need a cook who can strictly follow recipes without supervision.Physical Demands:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (pallets/supplies) and stand for extended periods in a kitchen or trailer environment.Pay:
