•Line Cook - Morning, Evenings, and Weekend shifts available.

Job Summary:

Food preparation professional, ensures the quality presentation and service of food that meets the Rancher's Club standards on a daily basis. Accurately and efficiently cook meats, fish, vegetables, soups and other hot food products as well as prepare and portion food products prior to cooking. Will perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation including plating and garnishing of cooked items and preparing appropriate garnishes for all hot menu item plates. Will assist in food preparation for all Rancher's catered events. Must be able to communicate clearly with the Executive Chef, Sous Chef, Food Services supervisor, and dining room personnel. All other duties as assigned High School/GED and 1 year experience in food service industry, demonstrate adequate knife skills, and sanitation techniques Safe Serve Certification training after hire Must be able to communicate clearly with managers, kitchen and dining room personnel. Demonstrate adequate knife skills.

Job Types:
