Portello Lounge is seeking an experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team for Friday and Saturday nights, with potential opportunities to fill in on other days as needed.

What You'll Do:

Prepare and plate dishes according to our recipes and plating standardsWork collaboratively with kitchen staff to keep service running smoothlyManage food quality and presentation during busy service periodsFollow food safety and sanitation protocolsCommunicate effectively with the team to ensure timely ticket completion

What We're Looking For:

You have solid line cook experience, strong knife skills, and the ability to work efficiently during peak service. You're a team player who takes ownership of your station and maintains composure under pressure. Flexibility and a positive attitude are essential.
