We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and a commitment to delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in meal preparation, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence and adheres to food safety regulations.
Pay & Perks Compensation:
Starting at $19/hr + tips (average $6-$8/hr additional).

Growth:
Part-time now, with potential for full-time as we hit the summer season. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently. Ensure proper food handling and storage practices are followed to maintain food safety. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service. Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels of ingredients and supplies. Keep up-to-date with culinary trends and techniques to enhance menu offerings. Qualifications Previous experience in the food industry, particularly in a restaurant or other fast food setting, is preferred. Proficient in meal preparation techniques, including knife skills and cooking methods. Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in food service. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff.
