Pre set menu and lead Kitchen staff of 4 to 5 people to do prep and deliveries. Lunch for appox. 40 people and dinner for 60. Made from scratch soup and entrée. Must have food handlers license and experience cooking large quantiles . Hours 9am to 7pm, per days, three days on three days off.
