Responsibilities Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently Take customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance sales and customer satisfaction Prepare food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas and cashier stations, adhering to sanitation guidelines Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, give correct change, and balance cash drawers at shift end Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep tools Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, managing food service orders promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service restaurants, or fast-food environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales processing Strong knowledge of food handling procedures, sanitation practices, and food safety management Excellent time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Ability to upsell menu items confidently to increase sales opportunities Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and balancing registers Effective communication skills for engaging with customers and team members in a fast-paced setting Join our team if you're passionate about delivering great food with exceptional service!
