We are a busy, established full-service restaurant in Hillsboro serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. We're looking for someone who can work as part of a team, handle a busy line, and consistently put out quality food. What You'll Do Prepare and cook menu items according to Reedville recipes and standards Work multiple stations as needed Keep up with a fast-paced kitchen during busy breakfast, lunch, and dinner service Follow recipes, portions, plating standards, and food-safety procedures Help with daily prep and keep stations stocked and ready for service Maintain a clean, organized work area Communicate with cooks, prep, dish, expo, and management Help the kitchen stay ahead instead of waiting until something runs out Be dependable and ready to work when scheduled What We're Looking For Previous line-cook experience in a full-service restaurant preferred Comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen Strong basic cooking and knife skills Able to follow established recipes and procedures Good organization and sense of urgency Dependable attendance and punctuality Willing to learn multiple stations Team-oriented attitude Oregon Food Handler Card or ability to obtain one We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and understands that consistency matters — every plate, every shift.
