Kings & Daughters is a family owned and operated brewery founded in 2020. We specialize in unique and innovative craft beers that draw on the experiences, people and places that have influenced us. We live our core beliefs - embrace your passions, be honest and practice empathy.

In September of 2025 we opened our first public house, The Walled Garden. To support the Public House we own and operate a Food Truck that serves simple, ingredient focused, refined sandwiches and salads. We will host pop ups, offer seasonal menu items, and themed menu nights/weekends.
About This Role:
We re looking for a line cooks who can and wants to do it all. You should bring a great attitude, thrive both independently and in a small team, and be able to juggle multiple tasks safely and efficiently.

K&D Food Truck Line Cooks share all responsibilities involved in running the truck. This includes food prep, line cooking, dishwashing, and maintaining an impeccably clean kitchen. Cooks are also expected to interact with customers and handle transactions with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities:
Demonstrates a willingness to learnAdheres to all food safety regulations, ensuring a clean and sanitary work environment, and maintaining proper food handling proceduresAssists with food production, preparation, and cleanliness of the food truck and the surrounding areasAble to work well independently and with othersCommunicates clearly and effectively with team members and customers alikeAssists Food Truck Lead with inventory control on an operational basisHandling customer transactions accurately and efficiently via the Point of Sale system
Requirements:
Some kitchen experience preferred but not requiredWillingness to learn and follow directionHave a good attitude and are able to rise to challenges.

Excellent communication and organization skills. Detail oriented and able to multi-task.
