Crepe Cook / Kitchen Team (Weekend)
We are currently hiring a weekend crepe cook. This is primarily a kitchen position, not a barista-only role.
You will be responsible for preparing and cooking cr pes as well as assisting with preparation and execution of other menu items during service. We will train the right person on cr pe technique, but prior kitchen experience is strongly preferred.
We are also looking for someone interested in contributing to menu growth. Not every guest is a cr pe eater, and we are working to develop a few simple, high-quality additions that fit into our current flow. If you enjoy thinking about food and contributing ideas, this is a great opportunity to be part of that process.
ResponsibilitiesCook and assemble savory & sweet cr pesPrepare and assist with other food items on the menuMaintain speed and organization during rushesKeep a clean and efficient workstationAssist with expo and order flowSupport front counter and guest interaction as neededParticipate in full team support: dishes, bussing/clearing tables, and barista tasks when neededRequirementsPrevious kitchen or line experience preferredAbility to work efficiently under pressureStrong attention to detail and consistencyTeam-oriented with a positive, no-ego attitudeWillingness to be cross-trained and support all areas of the caf Interest in food/menu development is a plusWeekend availability requiredCompensation$16.30 $19.00/hr DOEpooled tips averaging $3 $6/hrCross-training across kitchen and front of houseSchedule & GrowthSaturday & Sunday requiredCurrent hours: 9 AM 3 PMPotential for additional shifts (Thursday Sunday)Potential for expanded hours as the business growsTo ApplyPlease include:
