In this role, you'll prepare, cook and fry high-quality meals with speed and skill, mastering the rhythm of a high-performing kitchen. From maintaining top tier food safety and hygiene standards to working seamlessly with your team, you'll help create an environment where quality and teamwork thrive. What you'll do Prep, cook and fry exceptional food at a fast pace. Provide consistent and quality food throughout shift. Prep, stock and round on stations ensuring that they are fully stocked. Prep will include cutting produce in various forms and portioning food items. Basic cooking such as adhering to recipes and par cooking include marinating proteins. Using basic kitchen equipment including deep fryer, broiler, flat top and oven. Cleaning and keeping a sanitary work environment while adhering to hygiene standards. Required qualifications Food Handlers or ServSafe Certification, must have 1 or both within 30 days of hire. Additional information 1 year of food service experience preferred.
