Red Robin - Kuber Oregon LLC in Woodburn, OR is looking for a passionate and skilled Line Cook to join our kitchen team! Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Red Robin's recipes, standards, and plating guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked workstation throughout each shift Execute food orders accurately and efficiently during high-volume service periods Monitor food quality, freshness, and portion control to ensure consistency Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health code regulations Collaborate with kitchen staff and front-of-house team to ensure smooth service Assist with prep work, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients

Requirements:

Prior experience as a line cook, prep cook, or in a similar kitchen role preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Food Handler's Card or willingness to obtain one upon hire
