Job Description
Paci's Dining Room & Lounge Line Cook Paci's is searching for an individual to fill a full-time position as a line cook. Your work environment will be based in a commercial kitchen at our family restaurant. You will be tasked to prepared fine-dining style dishes that primarily consist of Italian/American food items. Additional tasks, working conditions, and work abilities will include: 8-10 hour works shifts, must be able to stand for most of the time. Sanitization and inspection of food preparation stations and equipment Ensure freshness and high quality of food Fast pace working abilities and teamwork skills are required Must be able to read and comprehend orders from a digital screen We value the happiness and well-being of our employees just as much as we value the customers. Not only do we treat our employees like family, but we also offer the following benefits and compensation: Our cooks' starting pay is from $16-$18 per hour, based on prior experience. Cooks looking for potential growth will be granted multiple opportunities. We give 3 weeks of paid vacation to all full-time employees every year. Our cooks work on average 40 hours a week and can request overtime if desired. We offer flexibility in the schedule and job duties based on your personal needs. While experience will determine your starting pay, we do not require any experience and we provide training for all new employees. Additionally, there are no educational degree requirements for new employees.
