Position Summary Kadima Healthcare Rehabilitation and Nursing (Cheswick) is seeking a reliable and dedicated Cook to join our dietary team. In this role, you will prepare and serve meals in accordance with established menus, dietary requirements, and regulatory standards, ensuring residents receive safe, nutritious, and appealing food at all times. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve meals in accordance with planned menus, portion control guidelines, and dietary requirements Ensure food is prepared to be both nutritious and visually appealing Follow therapeutic diet plans and special meal instructions accurately Support tray line service and ensure residents receive correct meals and proper utensils Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with all food service regulations and facility policies Monitor food quality and report any issues to the Dietary Manager Qualifications Previous experience in a healthcare, long-term care, or food service setting preferred Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and dietary guidelines Ability to follow recipes, menus, and dietary restrictions accurately Strong teamwork and communication skills Reliable and able to work in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Same day pay Supportive team environment Opportunity for growth within the Kadima organization Comprehensive benefits package (for eligible employees) Why Kadima?
