Your culinary skills will help create memorable dining experiences for our guests, all while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. We are looking for motivated individuals who thrive on teamwork, enjoy food preparation, and are eager to develop their culinary expertise. Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, ensuring quality and presentation. Assist with menu planning by suggesting new dishes and improvements based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients. Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to health regulations. Support kitchen operations by organizing ingredients, managing inventory, and ensuring all food prep areas are stocked and sanitized. Collaborate with team members to deliver excellent food service, ensuring timely delivery of orders to guests or dining areas. Maintain knife skills and other culinary techniques to ensure efficient meal preparation and consistent quality. Participate in catering events or special functions as needed, providing exceptional service and food presentation. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or food industry setting is highly preferred, especially in a kitchen or culinary environment. Familiarity with dietary department procedures or dietary aide experience is a plus, demonstrating an understanding of special dietary needs. Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques is essential. Experience with meal preparation, cooking methods, and food service operations will help you excel in this role. Demonstrated proficiency in knife skills, food presentation, and basic menu planning will set you apart.
