Also perform other duties in the areas of food and final plate preparation.

Essential Functions:

Prepare a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, vegetable and other food items for cooking in broilers, ovens, grills, fryers and a variety of other kitchen equipment. Be responsible for quality of food products served. Maintain standard portion sizes, cooking methods, kitchen rules, policies and procedures. Monitor levels of food products at line stations to ensure a smooth service period. Maintain cleanliness of work station area including tables, shelves, rills, broilers, fryers, pasta cookers, saut burners, convections oven, flat top range and refrigeration equipment. Handle, store and rotate products properly.
