BBQ restaurant and Meat Market looking for a cook and marination prep for BBQ items.
Responsibilities :
Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes Cut, trim, and portion meat Perform bulk marination and food prep Keep kitchen clean Ensure all food handling, storage, and preparation adhere strictly to food safety regulations Skills Preferred experience as a cook or grill cook OR Training will be given Knowledge of meat cuts and handling. Ability to work independently and efficiently Should be reliable and on time
