Job Description
Tortured Souls Brewing Company is looking for a line cook to help serve great food alongside our beer. Our kitchen makes burgers, grilled cheese, quesadillas, a variety of appetizers, and rotating specials. We're looking for someone who can keep up during a busy event, take pride in every plate, and work well with a small team. What you'll do Prepare and cook menu items consistently and on time. Set up, stock, and clean your station before, during, and after service. Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety procedures. Help with prep, inventory, and rotating specials. Communicate clearly with the kitchen and taproom teams. What we're looking for Line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred. Confidence working the grill and fryer. A dependable teammate who stays organized under pressure. Availability for evenings, weekends, and brewery events.
