We make everything from our dough to our fresh mozzarella to our bread by hand and from scratch, with sourdough and good ingredients. This is pizza made the hard way. The prep cook position is Wednesday-Sunday, typically from 7am-3pm, but could be somewhat flexible.

Primary job duties would include:

• receiving and putting away orders
