Today, we are a newly renovated continuing care retirement community (CCRC), caring for both long-term and short-term patients. Independent Living
  • Cottages and Apartments Personal Care Skilled Nursing Memory Care The primary purpose of your job position is to prepare food for the residents of our Community Care Retirement Community.
You will also supervise the day-to-day duties of cold prep cooks and dietary aides. Such food preparation and supervision must be in accordance with all current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations governing our facility and direction from the Dietitian and/or the Director of Food Services, to assure that quality food service is provided at all times. Qualifications
  • Food preparation and cooking skills
  • Experience in food service and handling
  • Previous work in a restaurant or kitchen setting
  • Culinary background with knowledge of meal preparation
  • Ability to work in a memory care environment
