Chef & Line Cook - Brews Brothers Brews Brothers is hiring experienced kitchen staff! We are currently looking for a Chef and Line Cook to join our team. We're looking for dependable, motivated individuals who can work efficiently in a busy, fast-paced sports bar environment while consistently putting out quality food. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items accurately and consistently Maintain quality, portion and presentation standards Keep workstations clean, organized and properly stocked Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep and kitchen organization Communicate and work well with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house team Handle high-volume service efficiently Line Cook Position We are looking for a dependable Line Cook who is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen. Previous line-cook or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred. What We're Looking For Restaurant/kitchen experience preferred Reliable and punctual Strong work ethic Ability to stay organized during busy shifts Team-oriented attitude Attention to food quality and consistency Availability for nights and weekends
