In this vital role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality ingredients and dishes that delight our guests. Your culinary skills, attention to detail, and passion for food will contribute to creating a vibrant dining experience. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your kitchen expertise while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment dedicated to excellence. Duties Prepare ingredients and components for menu items with precision and efficiency Assist in cooking, plating, and presenting dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety regulations Support menu planning by preparing daily specials and seasonal offerings Handle food safely, including proper storage, handling, and sanitation practices Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours Assist with food prep for catering events or large orders as needed Qualifications Previous experience in a dietary department or dietary aide role is a plus Strong food handling, preparation, and cooking skills, including knife proficiency Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation procedures Experience in food service environments such as restaurants or catering is highly desirable Familiarity with menu planning, meal preparation, and kitchen operations within the food industry Excellent teamwork skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure Basic understanding of culinary techniques and food industry best practices Join us to be part of a passionate culinary team where your skills will shine!
