Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drinks, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards Manage cash handling and POS transactions Monitor guest behavior to promote responsible drinking and ensure safety at all times Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages as needed to keep the bar fully equipped Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators for catering, banquet, or nightclub service needs Uphold all food handling procedures and adhere to health regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff Requirements Strong knowledge of POS systems Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and professionally Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and food industry transactions Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Ability to serve alcohol responsibly while promoting responsible drinking practices Previous experience with catering or food service environments is advantageous Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required in hospitality settings Join our team if you're passionate about creating lively atmospheres where guests can unwind and enjoy themselves!
