The ideal candidate will have experience in food service and a strong understanding of meal preparation techniques. As a Pizza Cook, you will be responsible for creating delicious pizzas that meet our high standards of quality and presentation. This role requires a keen attention to detail, creativity in menu planning, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Must be 18 or older. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer preferences. Ensure all food handling and safety guidelines are followed to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. Assist in menu planning by contributing innovative ideas for new pizza offerings. Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies, including dough, sauces, toppings, and other ingredients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including ovens, mixers, and knives. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and delivery. Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food handling procedures. Keep the kitchen area organized and clean throughout the shift. Qualifications Previous experience as a cook in a food service or culinary setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food handling practices. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high-quality standards. Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking methods. A passion for fine dining and creating exceptional culinary experiences for customers. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
