We're a cozy, bar/restaurant with eclectic speakeasy-grunge charm: rotating craft beers on tap, full bar, no TVs, great music and art, comfy seating, outdoor patio, and a loyal community crowd. Our menu features elevated pub classics and daily/weekly specials—think sauced & rubbed chicken thighs, blackened chicken tacos, loaded fries, quesadillas, mac & cheese, burgers, sandwiches, salads, hummus boards, cheese plates, and more. We focus on fresh, flavorful dishes in a low-drama, fun environment where the team actually enjoys the shift.

What You'll Do:

Prep ingredients, cook menu items to order, and plate dishes during service Handle grilling, frying, sautéing, and assembly for our comfort food lineup Maintain a clean, organized station and follow food safety standards Jump in on specials, help with inventory, and ensure consistency even on busy Friday/Saturday nights Work closely with the team (including our head chef/owner) in a small, collaborative kitchen

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a line cook, prep cook, or similar in a restaurant/bar setting (casual pub experience a plus) Solid skills in cooking comfort food quickly and consistently Reliable, clean, positive attitude—able to handle rushes with a smile Team player who takes pride in great plates and good vibes Food safety knowledge (ServSafe a bonus; we can help if needed)

Details:

Full-time or part-time flexible

Schedule:

Tuesday-Saturday evenings (~5pm-close; closed Sundays & Mondays)

Pay:

based on experience (competitive for the area, with room to grow)
