Job Description

L ooking for a professional line cook. Must be capable of running a station. Previous experience required in upscale casual to fine dining restaurant, min 3 years. Salad, Pizza, Fry, Saute, and Grill Stations. Up to $25/hour. Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to standardized recipes and quality standards Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and knives Follow food safety protocols and handle food with care to prevent contamination or spoilage Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen appliances throughout shifts Collaborate closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service Assist with menu planning, portion control, and presentation to enhance customer satisfaction Support catering events or special functions by preparing large quantities of food as needed Experience Previous food service experience in a restaurant or catering environment is preferred Familiarity with dietary department procedures and dietary aide experience is a plus Strong knife skills, slicing techniques, and knowledge of food preparation methods are essential Understanding of food safety management and adherence to safety standards in production Ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff and follow instructions precisely Experience operating various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Culinary experience that demonstrates knowledge of recipe adherence, meal preparation, and food handling principles Join us in delivering exceptional culinary experiences! Pay:
