Position Duties:

Operation of Kitchen Equipment Proper Sanitation and Preventative Maintenance of Equipment Follow HACCP guidelines and complete Safety Temperature Sheets Follow Marzonis Standard for preparing quality food in a timely manner Stock line and prep food when needed by following
