We are a busy, family-owned New York-style deli with a fast-paced, open kitchen. We're looking for someone who is comfortable working on the line, can stay organized during a rush, and takes pride in putting out consistent, quality food.

Responsibilities include:

Preparing and cooking menu items according to our recipes and standards Working the flat-top/grill and other kitchen stations Reading and managing tickets accurately during busy service Preparing sandwiches, hot items, sides, and other menu items Completing daily prep and restocking the line as needed Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Following proper food handling and food safety procedures Assisting with opening and/or closing kitchen duties Working efficiently with the rest of the kitchen and front-of-house team Helping with general kitchen duties as needed What we're looking for: Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to consider someone with a strong work ethic who is eager to learn.
