Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety regulations at all times Support the kitchen team during busy service periods, ensuring timely delivery of dishes Follow proper food handling procedures to prevent cross-contamination and ensure freshness Assist with menu planning and suggest improvements based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients Ensure all food is stored correctly, rotated properly, and inventory levels are maintained Requirements Proven experience in a restaurant or food service environment, preferably with fast casual dining experience. Mexican cuisine is a plus. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Familiarity with catering, meal preparation, and serving processes within the food industry Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities Weekend availability a must.
