The Role As a Line Cook at Ciao Ciao, you'll work a clean, efficient station; execute dishes with consistency; and support a kitchen culture built on respect, teamwork, and discipline. You'll learn our pasta program, our sauces, our systems — and contribute to a menu that's simple, honest, and beautifully executed. Responsibilities Execute dishes to Ciao Ciao standards during service Maintain a clean, organized, well‑stocked station Follow recipes, prep lists, and production systems Assist with pasta production and daily mise en place Communicate clearly with the team during service Uphold kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and organization Support a positive, professional kitchen environment Qualifications 1-2+ years of line cook experience preferred, but we'll train the right person Strong fundamentals: knife skills, sauté, seasoning, timing Ability to stay organized and calm during busy service Willingness to learn pasta, sauces, and Italian technique Reliability, professionalism, and a team‑first mindset Passion for great food and hospitality What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Growth opportunities within a developing hospitality group A respectful, supportive kitchen culture Staff meals and shift perks A chance to be part of a new neighborhood restaurant with a clear identity
