Extremely competitive pay. We are looking for a professional Sushi cook to work a busy line, prep food and set up their station for success. The successful candidate will be able to work as a team in order to take care of the guest, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.

•Previous sushi experience is a plus, but not required

•We do not offer housing Responsibilities Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies Prepare food for service (e.g. chopping vegetables, preparing sauces etc.) Prepare menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff Clean up station Stock inventory appropriately Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion Manage and comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards Maintain a positive and professional approach with staff Skills Proven cooking experience, including experience as a Sushi cook/Chef Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks Familiar with industry's best practices and sanitation
