RESPONSIBILITIES

Portion, prepare, and assemble menu items (Munchies, Greens and Sweets) as requested Possess a solid sense of timing; follow cooking and plating procedures to ensure each guest receives a timely, fresh meal Make sure food quality and presentation live up to Mellow standards; take pride in your work Set up workstations with ingredients and cooking equipment; help kitchen staff when requested Help maintain a sanitized, safe, and orderly environment in the kitchen Monitor stock, refill necessary items, and place orders for shortages Be comfortable standing for long periods and lifting heavy items while keeping a positive attitude
