The ideal candidate will have a passion for the food industry and a strong understanding of culinary techniques. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in meal preparation, ensuring that each dish meets our high standards of quality and presentation. Your expertise in food safety and preparation will contribute to creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist by contributing creative ideas for seasonal offerings. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety regulations. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service and high-quality meals. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as needed. Participate in catering events, preparing dishes that align with client specifications. Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety protocols. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the culinary field. Strong knowledge of culinary techniques, food preparation, and meal presentation. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. A passion for fine dining and catering is preferred but not required. Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.
