The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with experience in fine dining or catering environments. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality meals to our guests. We are a kitchen that takes pride in learning and growing. Menus change with seasonality. Technique is rule. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Handle food items safely, adhering to proper food handling guidelines Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Experience Previous experience in a culinary role, preferably in fine dining or catering settings Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and meal presentation Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, including knife skills Background in food service or restaurant environments is highly desirable Join our team and contribute your culinary expertise to grow with us.
