Line Cook:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food production and a passion for food, you will be responsible for preparing are award winning food, ensuring high-quality standards, and maintaining food safety protocols. This role requires attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and make food to order Ensure all food meet quality standards in taste, texture, and presentation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety regulations. Manage inventory ensuring freshness and availability. Assist with catering orders as needed, providing exceptional service to clients. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while following proper procedures. Experience Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food industry is preferred, but not necessary Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations. Proficiency in using kitchen tools such as knives and other kitchen equipment. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing time effectively.
