Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas, including equipment and utensils. Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional food service to guests. Utilize knife skills for meal preparation and presentation. Participate in catering events as needed, ensuring that all food is prepared to perfection. Provide excellent customer service while serving meals, addressing any guest inquiries or requests. Experience Previous experience in a dietary department or as a dietary aide is preferred. Background in fine dining or restaurant environments is a plus. Familiarity with food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and kitchen equipment. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry. Culinary experience with an emphasis on meal preparation and catering services is desirable. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting.
